Dr. S.C Ugoh, an associate Professor in the Department of Political Science, University of Lagos. He is a specialist in Public Administration and Public Policy. Dr. Ugoh is one of the E –case Development writers for MRPP. He coordinated MPA Programme in 2008-2010. He served as a member of Ford Foundation Grant Committee from 2002-2006. He is the chairman, Library Committee of the Department. Dr. Ugoh is the author of the Several books and scholarly papers in both local and International Journals.
